Job description

Meta is looking for a senior policy leader to own our legislative and regulatory strategy on AI models and frontier AI, joining our global AI Policy team. This role sits at the center of the fastest-moving policy debate in technology. Frontier model regulation is being written now, in Congress, in US state legislatures, in national parliaments, in Brussels, and in regulator consultations worldwide. The person in this role will shape both what those rules say and how Meta responds to them. You will set strategy, counsel product and research teams building frontier models on what compliance will require, and brief senior leadership and executives on the decisions that matter. The remit is genuinely global. You will operate with significant autonomy across a broad and ambiguous portfolio, and you will be a primary external face of the company on frontier AI with legislators, regulators, civil society, academics, and industry coalitions.
