Job Description: Job Description Role Purpose Drive Practice growth, profitability, and market leadership through business development, client advisory, strategic partnerships, AI-led innovation, and thought leadership. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, accelerate revenue and pipeline growth, strengthen ecosystem relationships, and enhance market visibility to position the Practice as a preferred partner for digital transformation and innovation. Key Responsibilities ͏ Business Growth, Revenue & Commercial Excellence Develop and execute growth strategies aligned to business objectives, driving pipeline expansion, bookings, revenue growth, and profitability. Identify whitespace opportunities, lead consultative sales engagements, and convert opportunities into measurable business outcomes. Partner with Sales, Account, and Client Engagement teams to accelerate business growth and market penetration. ͏ Drive profitable growth through effective solution positioning, commercial governance, and innovative pricing models, including outcome-based, consumption-based, and hybrid commercial constructs that decouple revenue from delivered effort. 2. Client Advisory, AI-Led Innovation & Market Leadership Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and advise clients on business transformation, AI-led innovation, growth strategies, and digital modernization. ͏ Drive adoption and commercialization of AI-led, agentic, and data-driven solutions that deliver measurable customer value and business outcomes. Develop thought leadership, industry insights, client success stories, and market-facing content that strengthen Practice visibility and credibility. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, expansion, and long-term strategic growth through value-led engagement. ͏ 3. Ecosystem, Alliances & Strategic Partnerships Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with Salesforce and other ecosystem partners to accelerate growth and market reach. Lead co-sell motions, joint go-to-market initiatives, co-innovation programs, and partner-enabled solutions. Leverage alliance capabilities to drive pipeline generation, market penetration, differentiated offerings, and new business opportunities.
