In this high-impact role, you'll design scalable data solutions, build modern data warehouse capabilities, and influence how data is managed, governed, and leveraged across the organization. What you'll do Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models and architecture for a growing global data warehouse environment. Build and optimize ETL processes that transform complex data from multiple sources into trusted, actionable business information. Establish data governance standards, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity. Lead the design of flexible data solutions that support reporting, analytics, business intelligence, and enterprise decision-making. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective data architecture solutions. Partner with infrastructure teams to support platform enhancements, system upgrades, and large-scale data initiatives. Drive continuous improvement by introducing modern analytics methodologies and business intelligence strategies. Analyze and profile data to identify anomalies, improve quality, and strengthen confidence in reporting. Develop and optimize SQL queries to support business operations, reporting needs, and regulatory audit requirements. Create technical and functional specifications for new data solutions and enhancements. Work closely with QA and cross-functional stakeholders to support validation, compliance, and governance activities. Help define the future direction of enterprise data architecture while enabling teams across the organization to make better, faster, data-driven decisions. Qualifications and need-to-know Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Data Mining. Strong expertise with Microsoft SQL Server technologies, including SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS. Experience with Power BI and ETL tools, methodologies, and best practices. Advanced SQL development and database design skills. Experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouses and analytics solutions. Experience with Oracle OLTP and OLAP environments preferred. Experience working in a life sciences or other regulated environment preferred.
