Then we would love to have you join us! The Role Help bring innovative oncology treatments to patients in Germany. As Associate Director, Market Access and Pricing, you will shape access, pricing and reimbursement strategies for upcoming launches and established products. Working closely with local and global colleagues, you will translate clinical evidence into clear value propositions that support reimbursement and patient access. This role is based in Munich. Responsibilities Shape market access strategy: Develop and implement German market access plans for pipeline and marketed products, supporting launch readiness, brand planning and portfolio decisions. Drive AMNOG submissions: Lead the preparation of benefit assessment dossiers, coordinate early advice with the Gemeinsamer Bundesausschuss (G-BA), and develop access strategies throughout the product lifecycle. Support pricing and reimbursement: Contribute to the GKV-SV price negotiation team and help shape negotiation strategies that secure reimbursement and protect product value. Build the evidence and value story: Adapt global value stories to German payer needs, develop compelling payer propositions, and identify real-world evidence projects to support health technology assessments. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Medical Affairs, Public Affairs, Operations and Commercial colleagues on oncology launches, and represent Germany in regional and global Market Access forums. Develop stakeholder relationships: Build engagement strategies for key German stakeholders, collaborate with payers on solutions that support access, and translate policy and competitor developments into actionable insights. Requirements A master’s degree or equivalent in Public Health, Health Economics, Natural Sciences, Medicine, Health Policy, Business Administration or a related discipline. 5+ years of relevant experience in Market Access, pricing and reimbursement, HTA or a related function within the pharmaceutical industry, a payer organisation, consultancy or healthcare institution. Strong hands-on experience with AMNOG procedures and German benefit assessments. A proven track record of securing reimbursement for innovative oncology products. A solid understanding of evidence-based medicine, public health and/or health economics. Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience collaborating with senior internal and external partners. Excellent communication skills in German and English. A strategic mindset, an entrepreneurial approach and confidence navigating complex environments. The published compensation range is currently under review. We encourage you to focus on the role and its responsibilities, and we will discuss compensation expectations during the recruitment process. The proposed gross annual base salary range for this position, in the primary location, based on a full time schedule is: EUR88.000,00---132.000,00 The final salary offer will depend on several factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
