This is not a traditional management role. This is a quota-bearing executive mandate to define and scale Fujitsu Caribbean’s Data and AI business. You will sit at the intersection of Fujitsu’s global technology capabilities and the specific, evolving needs of the Caribbean market, turning data into a strategic business asset that drives regional competitive advantage. THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE As the primary architect of our regional Data and AI strategy, you will take our existing regional capabilities and modernize them into a high-impact, market-leading business. Your mission is to integrate Fujitsu’s deep global AI capabilities—its intellectual property, research, and proven technology assets—with our current regional expertise to create a compelling, unified Go-to-Market proposition. You will own the P&L, set the regional agenda, and lead high-stakes pursuits that transform abstract innovation into tangible business value for our customers across the Caribbean. WHAT YOU’LL DO Evolve & Scale the Portfolio: Assess and advance our current regional Data and AI capabilities, strategically layering in Fujitsu’s global assets to build a robust, scalable portfolio of services. Architect the Go-to-Market: Define and execute a regional strategy that translates complex technological offerings into clear, commercially viable value propositions that resonate with Caribbean enterprises and governments. Business Growth & P&L Ownership: Define and execute the regional growth strategy. You are directly accountable for bookings, revenue, recurring revenue, gross margin, and pipeline development. Drive Strategic Pursuits: Lead high-value customer engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding them from vision through to measurable value realization. Orchestrate Global-to-Local Integration: Act as the bridge between Fujitsu’s global Data and AI innovation engine and the local Caribbean market, ensuring we are leveraging our full international scale to solve regional challenges. Champion Ethical AI & Governance: Serve as the regional authority on responsible AI, ensuring our expanded offerings are built on a foundation of robust security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. Develop Capability: Cultivate a high-performance culture by upskilling regional talent, fostering internal data literacy, and aligning our delivery capacity with our market growth objectives. WHO YOU ARE You are a seasoned leader who seamlessly bridges the gap between "Executive" and "Technologist." You possess the gravitas to command a boardroom and the strategic vision to evolve our market position. A Proven Portfolio Leader: Extensive experience in portfolio leadership and P&L management, with a track record of achieving aggressive growth targets in complex environments. A Strategic Architect: You possess an executive-level understanding of data strategy, information architecture, enterprise AI, Generative AI, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity. A Master Negotiator: You have successfully shaped complex pursuits and negotiated strategic partnerships in multinational matrix environments. A Change Leader: You thrive in evolving environments and have the mindset to transform existing offerings into scalable, commercially viable business models. An Inclusive Collaborator: You excel at navigating diverse stakeholder groups and fostering collaboration across multi-cultural, cross-functional teams. WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE) Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, AI, or a related discipline. (Postgraduate qualification is a strong asset). Leadership Track Record: Extensive senior experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or technology-enabled growth. Commercial Rigor: Demonstrated accountability for a significant business or portfolio P&L. Executive Presence: Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage C-suite relationships, and negotiate complex strategic partnerships. Market Context: A strong understanding of operating across diverse regulatory environments; Caribbean market experience is strongly advantageous.
