The position serves as the primary functional expert for the Labor Management System and provides both business and technical support for warehouse labor processes. Engineered labor standards, productivity tracking, labor forecasting, and shift planning are core LMS capabilities.\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch3\u003E\u003C/h3\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Ch3\u003ERequired Skills and Responsibilities:\u003C/h3\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003E\u003Ch3\u003EExperience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Blue Yonder (JDA) Labor Management Systems.\u003C/h3\u003E\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EAdvanced SQL development and troubleshooting experience with Oracle SQL Server.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EHands-on experience with MOCA commands, queries, and Blue Yonder application architecture.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience supporting interfaces using APIs, web services, XML, JSON, flat files, and messaging queues.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EUnderstanding of distribution center processes including picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and cycle counting.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EKnowledge of engineered labor standards, productivity calculations, indirect/direct labor tracking, and incentive programs.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience supporting enterprise applications on Windows Server and/or Red Hat Linux environments.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EStrong experience analyzing logs, resolving interface issues, monitoring batch jobs, and supporting critical business operations. \u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EExperience managing user access, role-based security, workforce assignments, and system configuration within enterprise applications.\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ESupport LMS upgrades, patches, testing activities and system enhancements. \u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Ch3\u003EPreferred Tools\u003C/h3\u003E\u003Cul\u003E\u003Cli\u003EBlue Yonder LMS, MOCA, Integrator\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003EOracle SQL Developer, Toad, SSMS\u003C/li\u003E\u003Cli\u003ELinux/Unix Shell Scripting, PowerShell\u003C/li\u003E\u003C/ul\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003C/p\u003E\u003Ch3\u003EAdditional Knowledge \u0026 Skills: Expertise in warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
