What you´ll do The Regional Head of Corporate Security, Latin America provides strategic leadership, functional governance, and oversight of the Corporate Security program across Latin America. The position is accountable for protecting the company’s people, assets, information, operations, and reputation by establishing regional security priorities and ensuring the effective implementation of global and regional security requirements. The role advises regional executives, Country Presidents, business leaders, and site management on security risk, crisis preparedness, business resilience, investigations, travel security, executive and event protection, physical security, supply-chain security, security intelligence, and non-digital information protection. The Regional Head leads the regional Corporate Security organization and ensures that security resources, suppliers, systems, and investments are deployed according to risk, business requirements, and corporate standards. What makes you a good fit Strong strategic leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, crisis management, and executive communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Security, including security risk and intelligence, physical security, travel security, executive protection, investigations, business resilience, vendor governance, and financial management. Proven ability to lead multicultural and matrix teams, influence senior stakeholders, and operate effectively under pressure and ambiguity. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and strong ability to use dashboards, data analytics, incident-management platforms, and security technologies for risk-based decision-making. Working knowledge of data protection and cybersecurity interfaces. Professional fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese strongly preferred or required according to the regional operating model.
