Job Description: As part of the Quality Surveillance team, you will be involved in various quality surveillance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards as well as company policies, processes and methods. Within the business, you will be responsible for Coordinating and performing Operational Surveillance activities, including finding follow-up. Coordinating and performing Industrial Qualifications activities, including finding follow-up. Potentially conducting (as Internal Auditor) and participating in internal audits and as such, you may be facing authorities (internal and external) Performing Look Across between sites to assess potential similar gaps on process adherence Drive, participate and support action plans definition and follow up Identifying local best practices and contribute to the adaptation of quality standards and process improvements Acting as an advisor to management on surveillance results and risks Soft skills: Ability to work in an international team, with people from various cultural backgrounds, and across organizational borders Open minded, curious and willing to support Strong speak up Support and coach peers Ability to face time-critical and challenging situations Reliability: proactive thinking & acting Ability to deep dive on issues and be an autonomous problem solver Customer minded with good communication & well developed negotiation skills Hands-on energy with tenacity and pragmatic approach Excellent communication skills, team-minded attitude and professionalism Ability to deal with conflicts QUALIFICATIONEDUCATION: with Engineering or Business degree. EXPERIENCE: 5 year experience in Quality and/or Audit domain.
