Through a strong understanding of the market, trusted customer relationships and a proactive approach, you will help maximise the impact of our brands and contribute to better outcomes for patients. Your territory will cover Leipzig, Halle, Erfurt, Chemnitz and Dresden. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement and Sales, you will turn local insights into actionable plans, identify opportunities for growth and ensure our activities reflect the needs of healthcare professionals and the evolving market landscape. Key responsibilities Develop and implement territory plans that support brand priorities and deliver agreed sales targets. Build a strong understanding of the local market, gathering and interpreting customer insights, market data and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Identify and assess business opportunities, working collaboratively with the local team to define effective tactics and maximise the potential of our brands. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses in private practice, as well as other relevant stakeholders. Plan and execute impactful customer activities that address stakeholder needs and support brand objectives. Translate market knowledge and customer insights into actionable recommendations, sharing learnings and best practices with colleagues across the organisation. Execute regional and brand plans, monitoring progress and adapting activities as market conditions and customer needs evolve. Analyse sales performance and activity effectiveness, including expenditure, to ensure resources are used effectively and business objectives are achieved. Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues across Marketing, Medical, Patient Access/Engagement, Sales and other local functions to deliver a coordinated approach. About you You are a commercially minded, customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, understanding market dynamics and turning insights into action. You take ownership of your territory, approach opportunities with curiosity and initiative, and are motivated by achieving results while keeping the needs of healthcare professionals and patients in mind. You are confident engaging with a range of stakeholders and enjoy working collaboratively across functions to achieve shared goals. With a structured and analytical approach, you can interpret data, recognise opportunities and translate strategic priorities into effective territory activities. You are adaptable, communicate clearly and take responsibility for your plans, decisions and results. Above all, you are motivated by making a meaningful difference in healthcare and thrive in an environment that values collaboration, accountability and purposeful work. Required Relevant professional experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare or a comparable customer-facing commercial role. A proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and other relevant stakeholders. Experience developing and executing territory or account plans to achieve commercial objectives. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data, customer insights and market information to identify business opportunities. Good planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise activities, manage resources and monitor performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a collaborative and proactive working style. A strong sense of ownership, commercial awareness and commitment to ethical business practices and applicable industry regulations. Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory of Nürnberg, Erlangen, Würzburg, Regensburg and Ingolstadt.
