Job Summary 职位概述 Lead the SMT Manufacturing Engineering team to support SMT process operations, equipment management, quality improvement, and production excellence. Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational KPIs are achieved. 领导SMT制造工程团队，支持SMT制程运行、设备管理、品质改善及生产运营，推动持续改善项目，确保相关运营KPI达成。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责 1. Lead and manage a high-performance SMT Manufacturing Engineering team. 领导并管理高绩效的SMT制造工程团队。 2. Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans for SMT equipment. 制定并实施SMT设备预防性维护计划。 3. Lead new SMT equipment introduction, production line design, qualification, and documentation activities. 主导SMT新设备导入、产线规划、设备验证及相关文件建立。 4. Support process engineers in optimizing SMT manufacturing processes. 支持工艺工程师优化SMT制程。 5. Benchmark industry best practices and technologies to enhance SMT manufacturing capabilities. 对标行业先进技术和实践，提升SMT制造能力。 6. Troubleshoot and resolve SMT equipment and process issues in a timely manner. 及时解决SMT设备及工艺相关问题。 7. Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to achieve operational KPIs. 与品质及生产团队协作，达成各项运营指标。 8. Evaluate and introduce new SMT technologies and manufacturing processes. 评估并导入新的SMT技术及制造工艺。 9. Promote company culture and continuous improvement mindset within the team. 推动团队文化建设及持续改善理念。 10. Complete additional assignments from management. 完成主管交办的其他工作。 任职资格: Qualifications 任职资格 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred. 机械、电子、自动化等理工科本科及以上学历优先。 2. Minimum 8 years of SMT equipment experience in PCBA and/or FPCA manufacturing environments. 8年以上PCBA或FPCA领域SMT设备相关工作经验。 3. Experience in automotive or medical electronics manufacturing is preferred. 具有汽车电子或医疗电子行业经验者优先。 4. Strong expertise in SMT equipment and manufacturing processes. 精通SMT设备及相关制造工艺。 5. Familiar with IPC-A-610 standards and SMT quality requirements. 熟悉IPC-A-610标准及SMT品质要求。 6. Solid TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) knowledge and practical experience. 具备全面生产维护（TPM）知识及实践经验。 7. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 具备较强的问题分析与解决能力。 8. Good communication and coordination skills in both English and Chinese. 具备良好的中英文沟通协调能力。 9.
