Your role Supply Chain PMO provides project management and operational support for end-to-end product and regulatory initiatives, ensuring accurate project execution, governance compliance, and timely reporting. Your tasks Maintain project data, stage gate documentation, and change requests within Beacon and other project management systems. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track actions. Monitor project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and project trackers. Support project reporting, dashboard updates, and governance activities. Assist with project setup, planning, closure activities, and lessons learned documentation. Ensure consistent application of project management processes, templates, and best practices. Your profile 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, PMO, supply chain, or related business functions. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, roject Management or related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Experience with project management or workflow systems (e.g., Beacon, SAP, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar) is preferred. Fluent English. Readiness to work in a shift system (08:00–16:00 and 16:00–24:00), with availability to work the late shift up to 2-3 times per week.
