The role requires strong expertise in Kotlin/Java, Spring/Quarkus, microservices, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, observability, CI/CD, and distributed systems. The candidate will contribute to architecture decisions, incident management, mentoring, and continuous improvement initiatives. Design and maintain microservices using Spring/Quarkus. Deploy and manage services on Kubernetes using GitOps practices. Lead observability and monitoring using Grafana. Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making. Drive incident resolution and production support. Mentor junior engineers and improve engineering practices.
