Design neural network parameters, trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that process vast amounts of unstructured text data, ensuring the models are optimized for performance and scalability. Collaboration with various teams to align the model design with project goals and continuous refinement of model parameters to enhance accuracy and efficiency are key aspects of the daily workflow. The role demands a strategic approach to developing innovative solutions that push the boundaries of natural language processing technology. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures that meet evolving business needs. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with architectural standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs). - Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural network architectures for natural language processing tasks. - Experience with large-scale data processing and model training on extensive unlabeled text corpora. - Ability to optimize model performance through parameter adjustment and innovative algorithmic approaches. - Familiarity with state-of-the-art techniques in language model development and deployment. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate language models into broader AI systems.
