Role Purpose The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages end-to-end recruitment across Southeast Asia, supporting both commercial and functional roles . The role partners with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, attract high-quality candidates, and deliver a strong hiring experience. This is a contractor position offered on a 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to understand business priorities, anticipate hiring needs and define effective recruitment strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment across SEA, from intake and sourcing through assessment, selection, offer and pre-employment activities. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent and build pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Provide talent market insights and recruitment advice to support effective hiring decisions. Conduct candidate screening and structured interviews, and guide Hiring Managers through a consistent and objective selection process. Manage offer preparation and negotiation in partnership with relevant HR stakeholders. Deliver a positive and professional candidate and Hiring Manager experience through timely communication and effective stakeholder management. Manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities across countries, functions and stakeholder groups. Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure hiring activities comply with internal policies, processes and applicable local requirements. Partner with recruitment agencies and external vendors where required. Contribute to regional TA initiatives, employer branding, talent pipelining and continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience. Experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a multinational or regional environment. Experience recruiting across commercial and/or functional roles . Strong sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed and multicultural environment. Strong communication, influencing and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of recruitment systems, processes and governance.
