Job Description SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Electronics Design Engineer with approximately 3 years of experience in hardware product development to support the design and development of advanced handheld ultrasound systems. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers throughout the product development lifecycle, contributing to circuit design, hardware verification, board bring-up, testing, documentation, and manufacturing support activities. Assist in schematic design, component selection, circuit simulation, and design verification activities. Perform board bring-up, debugging, troubleshooting, and hardware validation. Execute electrical characterization, functional testing, and reliability testing of prototypes. Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including test reports, design documents, schematics, and verification records. Collaborate with Systems, Software, Mechanical, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to support product development activities. Participate in design reviews and support regulatory compliance testing. Support product transfer-to-manufacturing activities, including prototype builds, production validation, issue resolution, and manufacturing documentation. Required QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline. Approximately 3+ years of experience in electronics hardware design and product development. Fundamental knowledge of analog and digital circuit design. Experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation tools such as PSpice or equivalent. Hands-on experience with board bring-up, debugging, testing, and laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies, etc.). Familiarity with PCB design principles and hardware development processes. Strong technical documentation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative engineering environment. Preferred QualificationsExperience developing portable or embedded electronic products. Familiarity with EMC/EMI design concepts and regulatory requirements. Exposure to medical device development and standards such as IEC 60601. Experience with Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, or similar EDA tools.
