HR Business Leader -Digital & Technology At GSK, we're uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. Our success depends on our people, and we're looking for an experienced HR Business Leader to partner with senior leaders across Digital and Technology. This is a strategic HR leadership role, focused on shaping and delivering people strategies that strengthen organisational performance, leadership capability, talent pipelines and culture across a complex global environment. In this role, you will support VP HRBL Digital and Tech to define and execute people agenda for Digital and Technology. This role will involve partnering with Tech LT members and senior leaders on people priorities and cultivate a high-performing and thriving people culture. You will be responsible for both strategic and operational HR support, including organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, succession planning & talent management. This position offers the role holder an outstanding opportunity to strengthen their skills as a HR Business Leader, to broaden and deepen their understanding of how Technology teams enable GSKs digital transformation with an objective of bringing medicines faster to our patients. Key Responsibilities Talent · Lead talent strategies and succession planning for critical roles, building diverse and future-focused leadership pipelines. · Drive high-quality talent reviews, development planning and career pathways. · Coach leaders to take ownership of talent outcomes, including attraction, development, engagement and retention. · Support the identification and development of future leadership capability. Leadership · Serve as a trusted adviser and strategic thought partner to senior leaders. · Provide coaching, guidance and constructive challenge on people and organisational matters. · Shape leadership succession, capability development and deployment strategies. · Help build high-performing leadership teams that demonstrate accountability, inclusion and an enterprise mindset. Capabilities · Translate business strategy into workforce and capability plans, identifying future skill requirements, opportunities and risks. · Use data, workforce analytics and external insights to support decision-making. · Guide capability-building strategies, including digital and AI-related workforce priorities. · Lead organisation design, organisational effectiveness and change initiatives that support business goals. Culture · Partner with leaders to build a high-performing, inclusive and values-led culture. · Use employee insights and engagement data to identify priorities and drive action. · Lead the people aspects of organisational transformation and change. · Strengthen the employee experience and support sustainable cultural evolution. Enterprise HR Leadership · Lead strategic, cross-functional people initiatives that translate business priorities into measurable outcomes. · Partner across HR Centres of Excellence and wider HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions. · Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, careers and reward activities. · Provide guidance on complex people matters, governance and compliance considerations. · Champion continuous improvement and the effective use of technology and AI to enhance organisational effectiveness. Basic QualificationsWe are looking for professionals with these required skills and experiences to achieve our goals: HR Business Partnering experience in fast-moving, complex, and matrixed environments, balancing operational delivery with strategic impact. Demonstrated success partnering with and influencing senior executives. Experience leading organisational design, transformation and complex change initiatives. Strong expertise across talent management, succession planning, leadership development and workforce planning. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people priorities to business outcomes. Data-driven decision-making capability with experience using workforce insights to shape strategy. Experience working effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions in a global environment. Experience in leading indirect HR teams to deliver high-quality outcome. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills Preferred QualificationsIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience of partnering with Digital and Technology functions in a business that has undergone Digital transformation of its operating model Postgraduate qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline.
