Aufgabenbereich Zur Verstärkung unseres Außendienstteams suchen wir einen engagierten Pharmareferenten Arzt / Medical Representative CHC Stuttgart. Deine Rolle Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Beratung von Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) im Außendienst Regelmäßige Besuche und wissenschaftlich fundierte Produktgespräche mit Gastroenterologen, Pädiatern und Allgemeinärzten / Hausärzten Präsentation und Positionierung unseres Produktportfolios im Bereich gastroenterologischer Indikationen Vermittlung medizinisch-wissenschaftlicher Informationen zu Präparaten gegen Obstipation, Durchfall, Aufbau und Schutz der Darmflora (Probiotika) Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Beziehungen zu Ärzten und Praxisteams Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie im eigenen Gebiet Analyse von Marktpotenzialen und Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung Planung und Durchführung von Fortbildungen, Praxisveranstaltungen oder lokalen Events Dokumentation der Aktivitäten im CRM-System sowie regelmäßiges Reporting Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Apothekenaußendienst Regelmäßige Besuche in Apotheken zur Beobachtung des Empfehlungsverhaltens der besuchten Ärzte sowie zur Sicherstellung von Produktverfügbarkeit und optimaler Abstimmung mit dem Apothekenaußendienst Berufserfahrung Pharmareferent gemäß §75 AMG, naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjährige Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Außendienst oder im Healthcare-Vertrieb, idealerweise bei Gastroenterologen, Pädiatern und Allgemeinärzten / Hausärzten Interesse an medizinischen und wissenschaftlichen Themen, idealerweise im Bereich Gastroenterologie Kompetenzen und Skills Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie erfolgs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und verantwortungsvolles Arbeiten im Außendienst Sicheres Auftreten und Fähigkeit, nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen Teamfähigkeit sowie unternehmerisches Denken Gute digitale Kompetenz (CRM-Systeme, MS Office) Führerschein Klasse B und Reisebereitschaft im Vertriebsgebiet Why Join Alfasigma: At Alfasigma, we foster a culture where the courage to innovate is key to our success.
