Your mission As an HR Operations Intern, you will serve as a key support layer across the end-to-end employee lifecycle in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment. Sitting at the heart of our People team, you will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage internal employee support requests, and maintain high data accuracy in Workday. This 12-month internship offers hands-on operational ownership and a direct learning trajectory designed to prepare you for a full-time People Operations career. Interviews for this position kick off in November 2026 for a 12-month, full-time role, starting on January 1, 2027. What you'll do Support the employee lifecycle: Draft HR documentation and handle daily administrative tasks across every stage of the employee journey. Maintain data excellence: Maintain, update, and audit employee records in Workday with absolute accuracy and attention to detail. Deliver exceptional service: Resolve first-line employee inquiries via our Jira ticketing system, meeting team SLAs with empathy and efficiency. Drive process improvements: Collaborate with the broader HR Operations team on operational projects and proactive process enhancements. Make an operational impact: Model a data-driven mindset and commitment to quality, directly contributing to seamless employee experiences. Who you are HR enthusiast: You possess a genuine passion for HR Operations, People processes, and managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle. Detail-oriented operator: You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in maintaining data accuracy and meeting resolution standards. Proactive learner: You are highly adaptable, eager to learn new tools quickly, and ready to take full ownership of daily support tasks. Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Comfortable working with modern technology and quick to learn new systems and tools (e.g., HRIS, ticketing platforms). Empathetic team player: You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
