Job Description: Job Description Must have skill: Payment Hub & ISO 20022 (SEPA, SWIFT MX, CLS, CGI, SIC) Instant Payments & Real ‑ Time Processing Product Ownership (SAFe / Agile) Payment Workflow Orchestration & APIs FIS OPF / C2P Platforms Sanctions, AML & Fraud Integrations Regulatory & MI Reporting Cloud ‑ Native & 24x7 High ‑ Availability Systems Stakeholder & Presales (RFP) Support Global Team Leadership (Europe & Asia) ͏ Good to have skill: API ‑ based integrations Event ‑ driven architectures Agile / SAFe delivery model ͏ Detailed JD Key Responsibilities : Lead Product Owner within SAFe Agile, managing cross ‑ location BA teams (Europe & Asia). Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery for enterprise Payments Hub initiatives. Drive implementation of FIS OPF / C2P–based payment platforms covering SEPA, SWIFT MX, CLS, CGI, SIC, Instant Payments. Design ISO 20022–based payment workflows, orchestration, exception handling, and reconciliation. Lead integration with core banking, AML/OFAC, fraud, billing, reporting, and data platforms via APIs and event ‑ driven architecture. Ensure 24x7 high ‑ availability processing, regulatory compliance, and SLA adherence. Own functional design for operational, MI, and regulatory reporting. Support RFPs, presales activities, and client workshops as Payments domain SME. Drive automation, AI initiatives, STP improvements, and enhanced UI/UX for payment capture and repair.
