ServiceNow Test Engineer Role Summary The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across ServiceNow implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. The role will also include validation of AI-generated outcomes and automated testing. Experience Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow testing experience Experience within regulated European enterprises Experience with AI validation and test automation Key Responsibilities Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and AI validation test cases Implement automated testing using ATF and enterprise testing frameworks Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses Perform release assurance and quality governance activities Support UAT and production deployment readiness reviews Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities Required Skills ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) Functional and Integration Testing API Testing AI Validation Testing Defect Management Release Assurance Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified System Administrator ISTQB ServiceNow ATF Certification Common Mandatory Requirement for All Roles Regulatory & Industry Experience Candidates must demonstrate: Minimum 5 years' experience working in regulated European environments Experience supporting organizations governed by: GDPR DORA FCA/PRA EBA/EIOPA guidelines ISO 27001 Operational Resilience Frameworks Preference for experience in: Banking Insurance Financial Services Healthcare Utilities Public Sector Soft Skills Strong stakeholder management Excellent communication and documentation skills Experience working within multi-vendor environments Ability to engage with senior business and technology stakeholders ServiceNow Architect Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy, solution design, AI architecture, and enterprise integrations within a highly regulated European environment. The architect will define the target-state architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations. Experience Minimum 10+ years of IT experience Minimum 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect Proven experience working within regulated European industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agent ecosystem preferred Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards Skill Requirements ServiceNow Architecture (CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM) Enterprise Integration Architecture AI/ML and GenAI Architecture Service Mapping and Platform Governance Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP) Security and Compliance Frameworks Other Requirements Preferred Certifications ServiceNow CIS (ITSM/CSM) ITIL v4 CBAP or Agile BA Certification Apply now Information at a Glance Why HCLTech?
