Job TitleSenior Clinical Application Specialist CT Job Description As a Senior Clinical Application Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and training on clinical utilization of Philips CT advanced Solutions to Radiologist and other Clinical Users. In this way, the Application Specialist ensures that customers are properly trained to optimally use the Applications, improve clinical effectiveness, maximizing customer satisfaction. Your role:Act as the clinical expert for Computed Tomography (CT), serving as the key applications reference across Italy. Support healthcare customers in maximizing the clinical value of their CT systems through training, education, and best-practice guidance. Drive clinical excellence and adoption of advanced CT technologies, with a particular focus on Spectral CT solutions. Partner with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate the clinical benefits of Philips innovations, support upgrades and new feature adoption, and contribute to tenders and customer presentations. Maintain and expand a high-quality clinical image portfolio to support commercial and educational activities. Gather customer and market insights and translate them into valuable feedback for our Business Innovation Unit to support future product development. Support new product introductions and ensure timely documentation and reporting following customer application visits. Build trusted relationships with radiologists, radiographers, and other healthcare professionals to help improve clinical outcomes and workflow efficiency. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in the HealthTech industry. Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Computed Tomography (CT). At least 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. A customer-focused mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals. Willingness to travel extensively across Italy (approximately 60-70% of the time). Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and presentation skills. Geography: The role will have a national scope, preferably based in Milan area. Compensation & benefitsDoing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €40,100.00 – €66,600.00. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for sales incentive, with your rewards linked to your commercial KPI’s.
