Job Description: Job Overview Job Summary The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting machine and tester issues, and ensuring smooth production flow with minimal downtime and works closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance other relevant departments to resolve production issues. Job Requirements Key Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment, testers, jigs, and fixtures. • Diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues to minimize production downtime. • Replace PCB boards during tester failures and verify tester functionality after replacement. • Support tester recovery activities and coordinate with engineers on complex hardware failures. • Assist in equipment setup, qualification, calibration, and changeover activities. • Monitor equipment performance and escalate recurring issues for root cause analysis. • Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and spare parts inventory. • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiency. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
