Job Function: Marketing Job Sub Function: Product Management Job Category: Professional All Job Posting Locations: Shanghai, China Job Description: About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead polyphonic end-to-end innovation, strategic partnership and industry-academia collaboration for our surgical RAD portfolio. This role will owns the establish, and scaling of industry-academia collaboration systems and management, drives full-lifecycle digital innovation projects from ideation to clinical translation and commercial launch, and works cross-functionally with R&D, Medical Affairs (MA), Product Management, Commercial, and top-tier external partners (hospitals, universities, research institutes, key opinion leaders (KOLs)) to accelerate digital product maturity, evidence generation, and market promotion. 1. Establish and Manage the Innovation and Collaboration Process· Design and implement a standardized digital innovation and industry–academia collaboration framework for the polyphonic portfolio. · Establish a structured collaboration funnel and mechanism, covering opportunity identification, technical/ clinical/ commercial evaluation, priority ranking, resource allocation, etc. 2. Lead End-to-End Industry-Academia Collaboration & Digital Innovation· Identify, build, and maintain strategic relationships and ecosystem with third party company, academic institutes, and clinical experts (KOLs). · Lead the full lifecycle of innovation collaboration projects, from initial engagement through execution and product translation. · Develop collaboration strategies and different engagement models, including co-development partnerships, technology licensing, etc. · Ensure that all collaborations are conducted in accordance with applicable legal, ethical, regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements. 3. Partner with Product Management and Medical Affairs to Drive Digital Product Translation· Work closely with Product Management to convert clinical insights, market trends, customer needs, and external technologies into a prioritized surgical digital product roadmap. · Work with MA to design and implement clinical evidence generation strategies for translated digital products, and translate outputs into clinically meaningful claims, clinical value packages, and promotion tools. 4. Develop & Execute Digital Product Commercialization Plan· Develop and execute commercialization strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans for digital solutions derived from innovation collaboration. · Collaborate with Commercial team to drive market access, hospital adoption, solution deployment, and customer success; monitor commercial performance and iterate plans. Education· Master's degree required. Fields of study: Clinical Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related disciplines. Requirements· Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research, industry-academia innovation collaboration, within the medical device or health technology industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial or project leadership role. · Demonstrated experience in building industry-academia innovation systems, managing innovation pipelines, and leading innovation projects. · Strong cross-functional leadership, project management, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to lead without direct authority. · English working proficiency; experience with global partnerships is a plus. · Understanding of medical device regulations, clinical research requirements, data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, and healthcare compliance.
