This position reports to: Order Management Lead __ Your role and responsibilities Are you someone who thrives when keeping complex processes running smoothly? We're looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who loves solving logistical puzzles and connecting the dots across teams. In this hybrid role at ABB Nyköping, you'll be the person customers and colleagues rely on. You'll handle orders, resolve technical issues, manage payments, and own every case from start to finish. Every day brings variety – coordinating with different teams, analyzing data, and finding smart solutions that make a real difference for our customers. If you're genuinely good at communicating, can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat, and understand how logistics flows work, this could be your next step. You will be mainly accountable for: Take ownership of customer issues – from orders and technical support to payment and claims, and see them through to resolution Collaborate with other functions to handle everything: order changes, expediting, tracking, credit management, and account management Work with SAP and electronic order systems, spotting ways to make processes better Analyze data and metrics to forecast and optimize our operations Keep meticulous records and make smart decisions within your area Qualifications for the role 2–3 years working in Customer Operations or Customer Services (order handling, customer communication, delivery monitoring) A proactive mindset with genuine ownership of problems Strong multitasking skills and excellent self-management Real experience coordinating across teams at ABB or similar companies Solid knowledge of SAP and understanding of electronic order flows Fluent in Swedish and English Bonus: Salesforce experience (but not required) More about us Electrification provides leading electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services to electrify the world in a safe, smart and sustainable way.
