As a Working Student Data Enablement & Communications (f/m/d) in Munich, you’ll help shape how we communicate and drive Data & AI initiatives across Siemens—bring your creativity and passion for collaboration to make complex topics accessible and engaging for colleagues worldwide! You'll make an impact by You support Data & AI initiatives by coordinating projects, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth collaboration across international teams Building on this, you assist in organizing and facilitating workshops, community events, and enablement sessions, taking on preparation, communication, and follow-up activities Additionally, you design engaging presentations, newsletters, and learning materials to communicate Data & AI topics effectively to different target audiences To further drive awareness, you develop creative content for internal communication channels and learning platforms, making complex Data & AI concepts accessible and engaging Finally, you contribute your ideas to enhance communication, enablement, community engagement, and project execution within the team This is how you'll win us over Education : You are currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business Administration, International Management, Economics, Communication, Marketing, Digitalization, Data Management, or a related field Experience and Skills : You have gained practical experience through previous working student roles, internships, or involvement in student initiatives You are confident in using Microsoft 365, GenAI tools, SharePoint, collaboration platforms, and content creation tools Experience in project coordination, stakeholder management, communications, training development, or change management is highly valued Ways of Working : You work in a structured, organized, and reliable manner, demonstrating strong attention to detail and quality Languages : You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
