Job Title Technical Solutions Consultant About your role: As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will guide middleware providers, software vendors, and third-party service providers through integration and certification with Global Business Solutions at Fiserv. You will work with partners, business leaders, IT teams, product teams, and internal stakeholders to identify technical solutions that support payment processing needs. Your work will help partners move from discovery through certification and deployment with clear guidance and consistent execution. What you'll do: Lead partner discovery sessions to identify integration priorities, technical requirements, business needs, and certification scope. Recommend interface solutions, products, and services that align with partner requirements and payment processing objectives. Translate broad requirements, system integration procedures, and complex workflows into clear business deliverables. Guide integrated partners through requirements gathering, solution design, certification, issue resolution, and deployment readiness. Serve as a technical consultant for transaction processing systems, payment gateways, point-of-sale platforms, and merchant services integrations. Manage project activities across the certification lifecycle, including timelines, risks, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Maintain standard templates for presentations, proposals, partner communications, and other certification documents. Experience you'll need to have: 4+ years of experience in technical solution consulting, systems integration, operations support, product support, project management, or a related technical systems role. 4+ years of experience supporting transaction processing systems, payment platforms, payment gateways, point-of-sale systems, or merchant services technology. 4+ years of experience gathering technical requirements, documenting integration workflows, assessing risks, and guiding partners through implementation or certification processes. 4+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to business leaders, IT stakeholders, product teams, and external partners through written documentation and live discussions. 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, to manage documentation, reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience. Experience that would be great to have: Business-to-business (B2B) retail or hospitality system integration experience involving hardware, software, or system service agreements. Experience using Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, or DocuSign to manage partner collaboration, workflow tracking, contracts, or approvals. Experience supporting contracts, licenses, agreements, business case documentation, or problem management processes. Banking, payments, retail merchant services, payment transaction, or payment gateway experience. How you'll work: This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
