Job Description: An opportunity for an Program Quality Manager has arisen within Airbus Defense and Space. The candidate will be based in the Air Base of Morón de la Frontera. The jobholder is responsible for proposing, developing, implementing and improving the effectiveness of the Quality Management System within the C3 contract and the Working parties performed at Moron Air Base. The jobholder must be the focal point between Airbus and SAF for any query related to Eurofighter quality and maintenance issues in customer facilities. RESPONSIBILITIES The jobholder main tasks are (all the activities are performed in customer facility, Moron Air Base): - Ensure that an aircraft is ready for delivery and meets all quality requirements. - Analysis and acceptance of deviations, if applicable, to later present it to the client. - Propose, develop, implement and improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System within the C3 contract. - Be the focal point between Airbus and SAF for any query related to Eurofighter maintenance (ERC’s, SL2000, equipment, technical publications, warranties andother quality issues). - Create AIRBUS Maintenance Book (gathering aircraft inspections, equipment calendar tasks, OTCP’s (STO’s) and aircraft defects and breakdowns). Before aircraft delivery to SAF, to check that all the activities are closed and signed. - Control and update SAF Aircraft Book and SAF Fleet Management computer tool SL2000: Supply, Maintenance, Engineering and Fleet as required by SAF - Create and sign Job Certificates covering the activities performed by AIRBUS team. - Be responsible of the IHP warehouse´s quality (DAINs signature and discrepancies when the Albacete personnel are unavailable) - Control, sign and store Repair Reports. - Prepare IDC’s (Quality Discrepancy Reports) or PPS. - Create Technical Proposals to the SAF authorities (NSO) related to maintenance or breakdown activities - Collect and analyse customer feedback to improve our process and avoid customer irritants. - Quality representative in Working Parties performed at Moron Air Base. - To provide Airbus personnel with the required material and equipment to perform the maintenance works. - To control the equipment status (life limits, calendar inspections, failures…) and send it to the supplier or ML2/ML3 SAF workshops. - Aircraft acceptance for delivery to customer in customer facilities - Assigned task by customer fully completed in customer facilities SKILLS Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
