Job Purpose Secondo le direttive aziendali e nel rispetto della normativa vigente, la figura svolge l’attività di informazione scientifica presso i medici e gli operatori sanitari illustrando proprietà e caratteristiche farmacologiche e terapeutiche relative ai prodotti presenti nel portfolio aziendale, al fine di assicurarne il corretto impiego. Key Responsibilities Rispettando le normative e le leggi del settore farmaceutico, con particolare attenzione alle disposizioni del Decreto Legislativo 219/16, la risorsa si occuperà di: Comunicare in modo chiaro e obiettivo informazioni scientifiche sui prodotti Creare e mantenere relazioni professionali con medici, farmacisti e operatori sanitari, rispettando le direttive del decreto in termini di informazioni scientifiche e trasparenza. Mantenere una conoscenza aggiornata dei prodotti e delle nuove scoperte scientifiche Partecipare a corsi di formazione e aggiornamento in linea con le normative vigenti Collaborare con il personale interno dell'azienda, rispettando le normative sulla corretta comunicazione delle informazioni previste dal Decreto Legislativo 219/16 Fornire feedback sulle esigenze del mercato e sulle richieste degli operatori sanitari, nel rispetto delle disposizioni legislative Mantenere una documentazione accurata delle interazioni con gli operatori sanitari, rispettando le norme sulla registrazione e conservazione dei dati Garantire la conformità di tutte le attività alle linee guida etiche e legali previste dal decreto di cui sopra. Required Education Laurea in discipline scientifiche come Farmacia, Medicina, Chimica o equivalenti, conforme ai requisiti previsti dal Decreto Legislativo 219/16. Required Skills and Experience Esperienza in ruolo analogo di almeno 3-5 anni all’interno di aziende farmaceutiche, idealmente (ma non necessariamente) sul target medico di riferimento; Conoscenza distinta del territorio di riferimento e delle dinamiche che regolano il Sistema Sanitario Nazionale, dei loro processi/strutture decisionali; Buona dimestichezza nell’uso di strumenti informatici e di reportistica dati tramite CRM.
