This position works across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external certification organizations. It is suited to an engineer who takes ownership, learns quickly, and can translate regulatory requirements into practical actions that support product execution and global deployment. Responsibilities Support regulatory compliance for AI/HPC servers, storage, networking, compute systems, and AI Factory solutions throughout the product lifecycle. Coordinate product certifications for global markets, including FCC, CE, UKCA, KCC, VCCI, RCM, and other applicable regional requirements. Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, quality, sourcing, manufacturing, and program teams to identify regulatory requirements early and incorporate compliance into product development plans. Review product changes, component substitutions, manufacturing changes, and sustaining engineering activities for potential regulatory impact. Track regulatory and standards developments and communicate potential impacts, actions, and timing considerations to engineering and program management. Support audits, customer inquiries, and requests for regulatory documentation while maintaining accurate and controlled compliance records. Contribute to repeatable compliance processes, project tracking, and cross-functional practices that improve launch readiness and execution efficiency.
