Job Description: Foster trust and transparency with key internal stakeholders by maintaining proactive, open lines of communication with the Employee Care, Employee Relations, and leadership teams. Logitech is hiring a Benefits Specialist to manage the operations and administration of benefits programs for the EMEA region. The key responsibilities will include: Benefits Administration Support: Manage day-to-day benefits administration for employee benefits, including health & welfare, retirement, wellness, and other applicable programs Serve as the first point of escalation for People Operations for employee benefits inquiries and processes for EMEA and global benefits programs, delivering expert guidance on plan options, coverage details, compliance, and claims processes Conduct regular audits of benefits data, payroll deductions, and enrolments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations Partner with third-party vendors to ensure smooth benefits processing, issue resolution, and compliance with contractual obligations Support the Total Rewards COE to maintain compliance with local regulations related to benefits administration, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness plans Serve as the primary subject matter expert and liaison for all Leave of Absence (LOA) programs, illness and insurance, ensuring seamless case management and strict regulatory compliance Consult with People Partners and Org Partners on escalated employee benefit or leave situations, offering guidance, standardised approaches, and best practices Maintain EMEA region and global benefits programs by creating and updating Employee Self-Service support and the P&C knowledge base Keep up to date documentation on benefit plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring that all materials are compliant with relevant laws and regulations Deliver new hire benefits orientation and design and deliver employee benefits education materials and communications to increase program understanding and utilisation Continuously evaluate benefits processes to identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation Program Management / Project Support: Key stakeholder for new projects, translating new benefits, leave and/or compliance needs for project implementation or operationalisation Lead and coordinate various benefits-related programs, such as annual open enrolment, vendor / plan implementations, ensuring timely completion and quality standards Oversee the integration of benefits data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to identify system requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimise data flow and accessibility Support new system implementations and integrations Develop project plans, establish milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress to achieve project objectives effectively Lead the end-to end project management or support benefits-related system migrations, integrations, and technology implementations to streamline processes and improve efficiency Key Requirements: Strong working knowledge of EMEA benefits, leave of absence programs and compliance requirements Workday experience desirable 5+ years of experience working in benefits support Location: This is a hybrid position, based primarily in our Cork office.
