Overview Xerox is an information services technology company that has continually redefined the workplace experience for more than 100 years and is currently seeking a Digital Commerce Manager to join our team in Cebu, Philippines. In this role, you will lead the B2B Commerce team supporting global commerce platforms, customer experience initiatives, and operational delivery. You will partner with global leadership to drive operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement while fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. What You'll Do Lead daily operations of the Cebu-based Digital Commerce team, ensuring timely execution of global commerce deliverables, service levels, and business objectives. Collaborate with global commerce leadership to align team priorities, performance expectations, resource planning, and operational goals. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and employee development to support team effectiveness and engagement. Manage operational escalations, workload distribution, resource constraints, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency. Coordinate scheduling, attendance, HR activities, training, and process documentation while fostering effective communication across local and global teams. What You Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams or business operations. Experience in back-office operations, operational delivery, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, with the ability to leverage technology and digital tools to improve business processes. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), or generative AI tools is preferred. Experience in BPO, shared services, global account operations, or sales support is an advantage. Ability to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
