Your Job As a Quantitative Survey Analyst, you will own the analytic integrity of assigned studies from instrument design through final deliverables. You will translate research questions into effective survey designs and complex survey data into clear, actionable findings that unlock value for customers. Your work will ensure conclusions are statistically defensible, insightful to clients, and supported by documented, reproducible analysis. Our Team Our survey research team partners with customers across various disciplines to design studies, analyze public opinion, and turn rigorous research into insights that drive competitive advantage for customers. This role will provide support to various Koch companies including Rushmore Labs and i360 . This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. What You Will Do Lead the analytical work for assigned survey studies, from questionnaire consultation and instrument review through final findings and deliverables. Analyze weighted survey data using toplines and crosstabs to identify meaningful patterns, subgroup differences, and the storylines most relevant to clients. Evaluate subgroup differences and changes across studies, distinguishing defensible findings from sampling noise or methodological artifacts. Build and interpret linear and logistic regression models to identify drivers of attitudes and behaviors. Conduct segmentation and dimension-reduction analyses, including principal component analysis, factor analysis, latent class analysis, and k-means or hierarchical clustering. Translate complex results into clear written summaries, charts, presentations, and usable segment profiles for technical and non-technical audiences. Write documented, reproducible code and respond to ad hoc analysis needs across active and completed studies. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience analyzing survey research data, including weighted data, toplines, and crosstabs. Experience applying statistical testing to evaluate subgroup differences or changes across studies. Experience building and interpreting linear or logistic regression models. Experience conducting segmentation, clustering, factor analysis, principal component analysis, latent class analysis, or comparable multivariate methods. Experience using R or Python to produce documented, reproducible analyses and client-ready deliverables. What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor’s or advanced degree in statistics, survey methodology, political science, data science, economics, or a related quantitative field. Experience consulting on questionnaire wording, message testing, bias, and analyzability before fielding. Experience comparing results across recurring, tracking, or methodologically similar surveys. Experience translating advanced statistical findings into recommendations for client or executive audiences. Experience using R, Python, SQL, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or other survey research and analysis tools. For this role, we anticipate paying $120,000-$170,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
