We’re looking for a Resource Management Specialist who will play a central role in keeping our staffing operations running smoothly, helping ensure our people, projects, and systems stay connected as we create incredible teams for our exciting roster of clients. This person will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and take ownership of a range of resource management and operational processes. They’ll serve as a key operational partner to teams across the organization, keeping information accurate, processes moving, and communication clear. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and comfortable managing details while understanding the broader context behind the work. They bring sound judgment, a proactive approach to problem solving, and a genuine interest in creating a strong experience for our teams. What You Will Do Own the day-to-day maintenance of project and staffing information across resource management tools, ensuring information is current and accurate throughout the project lifecycle Manage key project operations, including new project setup, project status changes, upcoming project endings, and communications around new work Lead the team confirmation process from start to finish, partnering with Team Planning and project leadership to finalize staffing plans, facilitate discussions, and communicate final teams Coordinate resource management processes related to employees joining, leaving, or taking a leave of absence, ensuring systems and teams have accurate and timely information Maintain visibility into upcoming holidays and time away, proactively partnering with teams to support planning and coverage Own operational support for contractors, including onboarding, renewals, compliance requirements, and system access Identify opportunities to improve resource management processes and documentation as team and business needs evolve What We Are Looking For 3+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, operations, project management, or a related role, ideally within a digital agency or similarly fast-paced environment. Experience should include:Experience independently owning operational processes and moving work forward across multiple stakeholders Strong familiarity with resource management, workflow, and project management tools, with a focus on maintaining accurate and reliable information Excellent communication skills — professional, clear, and approachable in both conversations and written communications Strong judgment and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to identify issues, determine next steps, and involve the right people when needed A collaborative approach and an interest in understanding employees’ skills, goals, and interests as well as the needs of the business Flexibility to adapt to changing project and staffing needs Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and keep important processes moving A high level of discretion when working with sensitive employee and business information #wco Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
