As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. Tu rol en Baxter Como Especialista de Producto, serás responsable de implementar las estrategias de marketing y desarrollo de negocio para el portafolio asignado, asegurando una ejecución efectiva de las iniciativas comerciales y científicas en tu territorio. Aquí es donde podrás marcar la diferencia: construyendo relaciones sólidas con profesionales de la salud, promoviendo el uso adecuado de nuestras tecnologías y contribuyendo al crecimiento sostenible del negocio mientras ayudas a mejorar los resultados clínicos de los pacientes. Lo que realizarás: Implementar las estrategias de marketing y desarrollo comercial para los productos asignados, garantizando su correcta ejecución en el mercado. Brindar asesoría técnica y científica a clientes, profesionales de la salud y otras audiencias clave. Planificar y ejecutar visitas a clientes de acuerdo con los objetivos comerciales y la estrategia del negocio. Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones científicas con líderes de opinión (KOLs) y sociedades médicas relevantes. Capacitar al personal asistencial en el uso adecuado de las tecnologías y productos de Baxter. Identificar oportunidades de negocio y promover iniciativas que contribuyan al crecimiento del portafolio asignado. Mantenerse actualizado sobre información clínica, científica y tendencias del mercado para ofrecer soluciones de alto valor a los clientes. Preparar y presentar reportes de gestión y resultados según los requerimientos del negocio. Lo que aportarás: Formación técnica o profesional en áreas de la salud. Experiencia en posiciones con responsabilidades similares. Experiencia clínica o asistencial previa. Conocimiento del mercado y de la región Sierra, particularmente en Quito y zonas de influencia.
