Key Responsibilities Development & Configuration • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules. • Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, and ACLs. • Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub solutions. • Build reusable components and automation frameworks to improve operational efficiency. • Develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine. Integration & Automation • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub. • Implement workflow automation to streamline IT and business processes. • Support CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and asset management integrations. • Create and maintain inbound and outbound data integrations. Service Management • Support ITSM processes including: o Incident Management o Problem Management o Change Management o Request Management o Knowledge Management o Asset & Configuration Management Quality & Governance • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and deployment support. • Follow ServiceNow development best practices and governance standards. • Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles. • Participate in release and change management activities. • Provide production support and troubleshoot platform-related issues. Skill Requirements Required Technical Skills ServiceNow Expertise • Strong hands-on experience with: o ServiceNow ITSM o Flow Designer o Service Catalog o CMDB o Discovery o Integration Hub o Knowledge Management o Asset Management Scripting & Development • JavaScript • Glide API • Business Rules • Client Scripts • Script Includes • UI Actions • Scheduled Jobs • Workflow and Flow Designer Integrations • REST APIs • SOAP Web Services • JSON/XML • MID Server • LDAP/AD Integrations • SSO Implementations Database & Reporting • SQL knowledge • ServiceNow Reporting and Dashboards • Performance Analytics (preferred) Preferred Skills • ServiceNow ITOM • Service Mapping • Discovery • HAM (Hardware Asset Management) • SAM (Software Asset Management) • Employee Center • Virtual Agent • Now Assist / GenAI capabilities • Agile and DevOps methodologies Other Requirements Qualifications • Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred. • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred. • Additional certifications in ITSM, ITOM, HAM, or Integration Hub are advantageous.
