Make your mark for patients We are looking for an experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Healthcare Partner / Immunology Territory Manager to join our Rheumatology team, based in Montreal & North Shore. Make your mark for patients You will manage an assigned territory while building strong, collaborative relationships with rheumatology healthcare professionals. Through deep customer, market, and therapeutic knowledge, you will connect appropriate patients with UCB solutions, execute an effective territory business plan, and consistently operate in accordance with UCB’s professional and compliance standards. Who you’ll work with You will work within a multidisciplinary team and partner closely with rheumatologists, key opinion leaders, allied health professionals, nurses, pharmacists, and internal business partners. You will share relevant market conditions and field insights to support informed decisions and create value for patients. What you’ll do Serve as the primary UCB contact for rheumatology healthcare professionals. Build trusted customer relationships through meaningful in-person and virtual engagement. Develop and execute an effective territory business plan. Analyze territory performance and allocate promotional resources appropriately. Deliver educational events and approved healthcare professional learning programs. Maintain accurate customer activity, insights, and administrative records. Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, business, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical sales experience. 2+ years’ experience selling within immunology or rheumatology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Valid driver’s license and residence within the assigned territory. Ability and willingness 30% to travel routinely, including overnight and occasional weekend travel. Preferred Requirements Demonstrated success achieving territory business and market-share objectives. Strong collaboration and interdependent partnering capabilities. Customer-focused approach with a high level of personal motivation. Entrepreneurial mindset and strong territory-planning capabilities. Experience using virtual engagement and omnichannel strategies. Knowledge of rheumatology customers and the competitive healthcare environment. This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $ 119,000 - $156,000 CAD annually. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
