Your Job Guardian Glass is looking for a Reliability Engineering Manager to join our Advanced Manufacturing Team in Corsicana, TX. We are preparing to launch an advanced glass fabrication operation in Corsicana, Texas, supporting the continued growth of domestic manufacturing. As the Reliability Engineering Manager, you will lead the development and execution of reliability strategies to improve asset performance, reduce manufacturing losses, optimize maintenance effectiveness, and drive operational excellence. This role partners closely with site, engineering, and operations leaders to implement best-in-class maintenance and reliability programs that support safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives. What You Will Do · Be part of the construction and start up phases of a new production line /asset. · Build, lead and manage a multi-disciplinary maintenance and reliability team, overseeing both salary and hourly personnel. · Tactically direct all maintenance operations—preventive, predictive, corrective, and breakdown—in a 24/7/365 advanced manufacturing environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce manufacturing losses and strengthen operational performance. · Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to align reliability with production goals. · Integrate reliability initiatives into management of change processes and ensure alignment with plant goals / strategies. · Support equipment installations/upgrades, ensuring asset strategies are in place prior to startup · Monitor team performance and equipment reliability using KPIs and CMMS tools, driving best practices and data-driven decision-making. · Lead the development, prioritization and execution of reliability strategies for advantage assets. · Ensure adherence to established work processes and use cost information to focus on priorities to drive value. · Facilitate root cause analysis and troubleshooting of complex equipment failures, sharing knowledge within the global maintenance organization and applying lessons learned for continuous improvement. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) · 5 or more years’ experience leading maintenance, reliability, or engineering initiatives within a manufacturing or industrial operation · Experience using preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies · Experience leading and managing multi-shift teams. · Proficiency with CMMS tools, maintenance planning and kitting · Experience managing maintenance budgets and vendor relationships What Will Put You Ahead · Experience leading Process Engineering, Project Engineering or Quality Engineering teams. · 2+ year degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering · Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) · Familiarity with (RCM) Reliability Centered Maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement processes · Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including predictive maintenance, IoT sensors, and data analytics · Experience with robotic / automation equipment If you are a manufacturing leader who enjoys complex challenges, values disciplined execution, and wants to make a lasting impact in renewable energy manufacturing, we’d like to hear from you.
