We're growing our Microsoft practice and looking for talented professionals with backgrounds ranging from 5 to 15 years of experience. 📍 Opportunities available for experienced professionals across Endpoint Management, Modern Work, and Microsoft Cloud technologies. 🔹 Areas of Expertise We're Seeking✅ Microsoft Intune ✅ MECM / SCCM ✅ Mobile Device Management (MDM) ✅ Windows Autopilot ✅ Application Deployment & Packaging ✅ Endpoint Compliance & Governance ✅ Endpoint Security ✅ PowerShell Automation ✅ Microsoft 365 Administration ✅ Azure & Identity Technologies 🔹 What You'll Do• Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security. • Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities. • Assess platform health, performance, resiliency, operational readiness, and security posture. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and root cause analysis. • Define and execute remediation plans aligned with business priorities. • Support migrations, deployments, modernization programs, adoption initiatives, and service lifecycle activities. 🔹 What We're Looking For✔ 5-15 years of relevant experience. ✔ Strong English communication skills. ✔ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles. ✔ Ability to lead workshops and provide technical guidance to stakeholders. ✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ✔ Experience collaborating with engineering, security, delivery, and business teams. ✔ Continuous learning mindset and passion for customer success.
