We are looking to build out the change and HR transformation capabilities of our team We partner with our clients to: Shape and deliver the future of HR, redesigning HR strategies, operating models, capabilities, processes and employee experiences. Harness technology, data and AI to create more intelligent, efficient and insight-led HR organisations. Design future-ready organisations and workforces, including organisation structures, skills, roles and workforce strategies. Transform how work gets done, helping organisations respond to changing business models, technology and workforce expectations. Embed sustainable organisational change across complex business and technology transformations. REQUIRED SKILLSET: We are looking for experience in the following skills: Defining change management solutions for transformational change projects, including planning across project life cycles from change impact assessments to change measurement and business readiness, Creating Communication strategies and plans, driving leadership engagement and advocacy, and leading communications and storytelling, Driving Cultural and Behavioural change, backed by behavioural and data science, Supporting the growth of the T&O consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence, Strong consulting acumen demonstrated through excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others, Understanding, and experience of end-to-end technology implementation programme lifecycle, from design through to hypercare, Stakeholder Management skills, to build trusted relationships both internally and externally. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (min 2:1), 6+ years relevant work experience with a working knowledge of talent & organisational topics with particular focus on Change Management and HR transformation, Experience delivering projects underpinned by technology would be a bonus, Excellent communication and presentation skills, including a proven track record to collaborate and facilitate client meetings and workshops, Experience in program and project management, Experience in leading teams is an advantage, Certifications in change management or HR are a plus. Bonus points if: You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Change Management, Agile Change, Learning & Talent Development, Learning organisational design, Talent Strategy, Future Workforce, HR Transformation & Organisation/ Op.
