We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Platform Support Lead to lead the support, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) platforms built on Informatica MDM. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring platform stability, data quality, operational excellence, and support service delivery while managing a team of MDM support engineers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, Data Director, PowerCenter/IICS integrations, database technologies, and ITIL-based support processes. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, data stewards, application teams, and infrastructure teams to ensure reliable and efficient MDM operations. Key Responsibilities Platform Support Leadership Lead and manage a team of MDM support engineers across L2/L3 support functions. Act as the primary escalation point for critical production incidents. Drive service delivery excellence and SLA compliance. Establish support governance, operational processes, and best practices. Conduct regular service reviews and performance reporting. Informatica MDM Platform Administration Oversee administration and support of Informatica MDM Hub environments. Manage Hub Console, Data Director, Match & Merge processes, Data Steward workflows, and Business Entity Services (BES). Support platform upgrades, patches, deployments, and enhancements. Ensure platform availability, scalability, and reliability. Incident, Problem & Change Management Lead major incident management calls and stakeholder communications. Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action implementation. Review recurring issues and implement long-term solutions. Govern change management activities and production releases. Ensure adherence to ITIL Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes. Data Quality & Governance Support Support data governance initiatives and data stewardship processes. Oversee entity matching, survivorship rules, hierarchy management, and duplicate resolution. Collaborate with business teams to resolve data quality issues. Monitor and improve master data integrity across domains. Integration & ETL Support Support integrations between Informatica MDM and upstream/downstream applications. Manage and troubleshoot Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) workflows. Ensure successful execution of batch jobs and interface processes. Coordinate with integration teams to resolve data synchronization failure Skill Requirements Database & Performance Management Lead database troubleshooting and performance optimization activities. Review SQL queries and recommend performance improvements. Support Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments. Ensure data consistency and compliance across MDM repositories. Monitoring & Operational Excellence Define monitoring standards and proactive alerting mechanisms. Establish platform KPIs, SLA dashboards, and operational metrics. Perform capacity planning and performance analysis. Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual support effort. Stakeholder Management Work closely with Business Data Stewards, Data Governance teams, Architects, and Application Owners. Provide executive-level operational reporting. Facilitate support reviews and governance meetings. Manage customer expectations and support escalations. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
