Who We Are In order to be the cybersecurity partner of choice, we must trailblaze the path and shape the future of our industry. This is something our employees work at each day and is defined by our values: Disruption, Collaboration, Execution, Integrity, and Inclusion. We weave AI into the fabric of everything we do and use it to augment the impact every individual can have. That’s why most of our teams work from the office full time, with flexibility when it’s needed. This model supports real-time problem-solving, stronger relationships, and the kind of precision that drives great outcomes. Job Summary Human identities are the most exploited attack surface in the cloud. Yet most enterprises still run on standing privileges — permanent access that attackers can harvest, abuse, and pivot from undetected. As Manager, Product Management for Idira Secure Cloud Access, you will own the product strategy for how human identities securely access cloud consoles, operate under just-in-time privileges, and leave a complete, auditable trail across AWS, Azure, GCP, and beyond. You will lead a team of four Product Managers, setting the vision and roadmap that makes zero-trust cloud access both uncompromisingly secure and frictionless for security teams and end users alike. Your Impact: Lead & Develop: Manage and grow a team of four Product Managers — setting strategic product direction, coaching prioritization and communication skills, and creating the kind of clarity that lets each PM own their domain with confidence. Own Zero-Standing Privilege: Define how enterprises eliminate permanent cloud permissions at scale. Drive the strategy and roadmap for just-in-time access to cloud consoles and resources, making the path of least resistance also the most secure one. Make Sessions First-Class: Own the product experience for cloud session management — recording, replay, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting. Turn human cloud activity into the definitive audit layer for security operations and regulators alike. Drive Platform Coherence: Act as the strategic bridge between your team and Engineering, Security Research, and peer PMs across Idira, ensuring a layered, unified access security experience that scales with enterprise environments. Qualifications Proven PM Leader: At least 5 years of Product Management experience, including at least 1 year managing Product Managers or closely related technical product roles. Cyber Security Background: Hands-on experience in cyber security preferably in the Identity security domain. Preferred Qualifications: Cloud Security Expertise: Direct experience with cloud provider IAM (AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, GCP IAM), role-based access controls, or just-in-time / just-enough-access frameworks in enterprise environments, Kubernetes and SaaS applications. Session & Audit Depth: Familiarity with session recording, behavioral analytics, or compliance audit requirements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) in cloud or privileged access contexts. Enterprise Go-to-Market Instinct: Experience bringing technically complex security controls to market — working with field teams, customers, or partners to translate deep features into clear, adopted capabilities. Builder Mindset: You lead by creating context and clarity — able to coach a team through ambiguity, align cross-functional partners around a vision, and hold the line between strategic direction and tactical execution. Our Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together. We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for all qualified individuals with a disability. If you require assistance or accommodation due to a disability or special need, please contact us at accommodations@paloaltonetworks.com. Palo Alto Networks is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity in our workplace, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, ancestry, color, family or medical care leave, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, national origin, physical or mental disability, political affiliation, protected veteran status, race, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or other legally protected characteristics. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Is role eligible for Immigration Sponsorship?
