Transportu będziesz zarządzać procesami transportowymi, współpracując z zespołami wewnętrznymi (Procurement, Łańcuch Dostaw, Logistyka, Customer Service), globalnymi zespołami transportu i handlu oraz zewnętrznymi partnerami, m.in. agencjami celnymi czy doradcami ds. wysyłki towarów niebezpiecznych. Obowiązki: Analiza danych i wskazywanie luk w procesach, proponowanie i wdrażanie usprawnień. Identyfikacja przyczyn problemów, rekomendowanie działań naprawczych i ich wdrażanie. Przygotowywanie raportów i analiz na potrzeby kierownictwa. Udział w projektach doskonalących (Kaizen, TEOA) oraz mentoring i dzielenie się wiedzą w zespole. Dokumentowanie trudności, zachęcanie do ciągłego doskonalenia i inicjowanie zmian. Planowanie i realizacja przesyłek podlegających procedurom celnym, organizacja odpraw eksportowych i importowych z agencjami celnymi. Obsługa reklamacji i zapytań klientów dotyczących wysyłek. Oczekiwania : Wykształcenie wyższe w obszarze logistyki/transportu lub min. 4 lata doświadczenia w firmie produkcyjnej na stanowisku związanym z transportem lub spedycyjnej (SEA, AIR, ROAD). Dobra znajomość rynku usług transportowych i aktualnych trendów. Rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i analityczne. Znajomość prawa celnego oraz procedur dotyczących towarów niebezpiecznych. Język angielski na poziomie B2 (swobodna komunikacja). Bardzo dobra obsługa MS Office; znajomość SAP(lub innego systemu ERP), SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Visio.
