This is where the Manufacturing Academy plays a key role. Within the Manufacturing API Learning team, we help Manufacturing employees successfully navigate complex business transformations by translating change into effective learning, knowledge, and performance enablement solutions. We partner with global programs, Business Process Improvement (BPI), Manufacturing Change Management, Business Learning teams, factory stakeholders, subject matter experts, and end users to ensure people remain capable, confident, and productive throughout change. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Learning Professional (APIs) who thrives in complexity, enjoys creating structure in ambiguity, and is passionate about helping people perform successfully in changing environments. Role and responsibilitiesAs our new API Learning Professional, you will operate at the intersection of learning, change enablement, business transformation, and manufacturing operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing, BPI, Change Management, Learning organizations, and strategic programs to ensure employees are prepared for upcoming changes and can continue to perform successfully before, during, and after implementation. In this role, you will work on: Analyzing and understanding impactConduct performance and learning analyses for large-scale transformation initiatives. Identify the impact of process, system, and organizational changes on Manufacturing employees. Determine when training is needed and when alternative performance support interventions are more appropriate. undefined Designing learning and enablement approachesDesign learning, knowledge, and performance support solutions that help employees navigate change effectively using evidence-based methodologies to create. In this role, you support: Navigating complex stakeholder environmentsAct as a trusted advisor to programs, business stakeholders, and learning partners by aligning diverse perspectives and competing priorities Represent the Manufacturing perspective in strategic discussions and decision-making. Influence without formal authority while maintaining strong relationships across the ecosystem. Creating structure in complexityEstablish practical approaches, frameworks, templates, and working methods in situations where the path forward is not yet fully defined. Provide input to the Learning Business Partner and Project Lead to create governance, planning, tracking, and reporting activities where needed. Contribute to continuous improvement of the API Learning team's ways of working. Ensuring business continuityHelp Manufacturing organizations successfully adopt new ways of working with minimal disruption. Enable employees to remain productive and effective throughout transformation journeys. Contribute to scalable and sustainable learning solutions that can be leveraged across factories and future initiatives. What you bringWe are looking for someone who combines Learning expertise with business acumen, stakeholder influence, and the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments. Education and experienceBachelor's or master's degree in Educational Sciences, Learning Sciences, Change Management, Instructional Design, Organizational Learning, Educational & Organizational Psychology, or related discipline. Task Experience Experience conducting learning needs analyses and performance analyses. Experience designing and developing learning solutions and performance support solutions. Experience translating business requirements into practical learner-centered solutions. Organizational Experience Experience operating in complex stakeholder environments and matrix organizations. Experience supporting large-scale business transformation, process optimization, change enablement, or digital transformation initiatives. Skills and capabilities Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to influence without formal authority. Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions despite incomplete information.
