We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you. About the Role: CrowdStrike Falcon Complete GovCloud is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, technical manager dedicated to making a difference in global security by protecting government organizations against the most advanced attackers in the world. Our Falcon Complete GovCloud virtual security operations center offers opportunities to grow as a leader through a wide variety of operational experiences, building and developing the analyst teams that detect and respond to incidents in real time for our government and public sector customers. Managers in this role are responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of GovCloud analyst teams, ensuring service delivery excellence within CrowdStrike's Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP)-authorized environment while maintaining strict adherence to the compliance and contractual obligations that govern our government and public sector customer relationships. This role marks a fundamental shift from individual technical execution to people leadership, operational management, and process ownership. You will apply intermediate-level proficiency across performance management, coaching, talent management, team management, stakeholder management, project management, process and operations management, change management, and customer focus to build and sustain a high-performing analyst team capable of delivering outstanding security outcomes for our government and public sector customers. Am I a Falcon Complete GovCloud Manager Candidate? Do you find yourself energized by leading technical teams whose hands-on work directly protects U.S. government and public sector organizations from the most sophisticated cyber threats in the world? Are you self-motivated and looking for an opportunity to grow as a people leader and operational manager within one of the most compliance-driven and mission-critical managed security environments in the industry? Do you thrive on building and developing high-performing analyst teams, managing operational performance, and driving continuous improvement within a GovCloud environment? Do you have an incident response or information security background, including experience in or supporting government, DoW, or public sector environments, that you are ready to apply in a leadership and operational management capacity? Are you capable of managing competing operational priorities, communicating effectively with government and public sector customer stakeholders, and driving accountability across your team? Do you love working alongside mission-driven, smart people who you can both learn from and actively develop on a daily basis? What You'll Do: Provide direct supervision, guidance, coaching, and performance management for Falcon Complete GovCloud analysts, applying intermediate-level coaching practices to recognize strong performance, provide constructive feedback, and course-correct when needed, ensuring team members are equipped and performing at the level required to deliver outstanding security operations outcomes for government and public sector customers. Manage analyst talent within the GovCloud team at an intermediate proficiency level, contributing to individual development planning, hiring and retention efforts, and applying coaching techniques to support analyst growth and career progression within the Falcon Complete GovCloud program. Apply intermediate-level team management to the GovCloud analyst team, applying sound judgment in routine team management activities, collaborating with peers, and maintaining a positive, high-performance team environment aligned to the standards of a government and public sector customer-facing security operations center. Apply intermediate-level leadership across the GovCloud analyst team, demonstrating growing independence in applying leadership across familiar scenarios and contributing to team outcomes through emerging influence and operational accountability. Oversee the response, investigation, and resolution of security incidents within the GovCloud environment, maintaining accountability for the quality, timeliness, and compliance of all incident handling activities, and ensuring alignment with NIST SP 800-61 (Computer Security Incident Handling Guide), FedRAMP requirements, and applicable federal incident response standards. Apply intermediate-level process and operations management to GovCloud security operations, proactively managing complex operations, implementing process improvement methodologies, maintaining comprehensive key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, and leading process improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness and government and public sector customer outcomes. Manage daily, weekly, and event-based operational reporting for trending, planning, and situational awareness, applying intermediate-level data analysis capability to uncover trends and relationships, and creating interactive dashboards and reports that communicate operational insights to GovCloud leadership and government and public sector customer stakeholders. Produce and review aggregated performance metrics, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve analyst effectiveness and overall service delivery quality within the GovCloud program. Apply intermediate-level performance management to the GovCloud analyst team, independently managing performance processes, setting clear measurable goals, providing constructive feedback regularly, and engaging in developmental conversations with direct reports. Apply intermediate-level stakeholder management to GovCloud program relationships, proactively identifying and assessing stakeholder needs, expectations, and potential conflicts, and ensuring that customer issues are fully addressed, escalated appropriately, and resolved in a manner consistent with contractual and compliance obligations.
