This Position reports to: R&D Technology Manager Your role and responsibilities : In this role, you will have the opportunity to initiate and drive technology, software, product, and/or solution development using in-depth technical expertise in a specific area. Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development (R&D) for in-depth product or technology-related issues. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting strategic corporate technology management and future product/software/solution architecture. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid(parttime) This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Control Platform division based in Bangalore, India You will be mainly accountable for: Understanding of the “new” process and organization and accordingly discuss with the APEX PCP R&D core team. Support in roll out of the process to R&D teams Contribute to the training content preparation for the process Actively “coach” teams to align to the process / changes Qualifications for the role: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. Minimum 15+ years of relevant experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Builds and maintains customer relationships, seeks feedback, and provides innovative solutions to meet customer requirements and deliver improvements.
