Change Management: Support ongoing change initiatives, ensuring changes are controlled, communicated, and embedded effectively. Digital Adoption: Embrace new digital tools and technologies, model best practices, and collaborate with peers to accelerate digital adoption in the area. Coaching and Development: Take ownership of personal development and contribute to the growth of less experienced team members through knowledge sharing and on-the-job support.
