About this Position Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing international Finance / BI team of 3 people, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement Lead digital transformation initiatives across Henkel, influencing senior stakeholders, and embedding a forward-thinking, agile mindset across the organization.
