Gedeon Richter is looking for a committed and experienced professional for the position Group brand manager Join us The international group brand manager develops the global brand strategy and supports & monitors its implementation at subsidiary level in the Richter global market. Responsible for successful launch and longest possible life cycle of the assigned products/brands and product group, taking into account profit & loss aspects. Demonstrates cross-functional collaboration with other co-divisions, and subsidiaries for effective portfolio management. Provide professional support and oversight to the international brand manager(s) within the product group, representing the entire product group (therapeutic category). Responsibilities Developing global marketing strategy for brands & category(group of brands), coordination of new product launches Planning and execution of global promotional campaigns, and events, leading and controlling marketing activities in affiliates Profit and loss responsibility, monitor market trends and own sales, observe changes in the therapeutic area, make reports Commitment to full ownership of the brands allocated from the feasibility phase to the end of the promotion Setting market access and pricing strategy Forecasting and demand planning HQ and affiliate budget planning and control Initiation of LCM projects and proactive participation in the lifecycle management of assigned products Support business development decisions, overview offers, analyze data, make sales forecast Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, partners Supervise the whole brand group and lead/support the international brand manager’s job from a professional point of view Professional coordination, and mentoring of the brand manager(s) Requirements University degree (medical, pharmacist or economist) Fluency in English at a conversational level Ability to work independently, but also to work well in a team Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years in pharmaceutical marketing and/or brand management, with demonstrated global or regional market exposure What we offer Extensive benefits package (cafeteria, stock program, private life insurance) Training and development opportunities Medical services (Medicover) Various sport and health opportunities (gym, swimming pool, AYCM) Challenging, responsible professional work Long-term employment in an innovative and secure company The Richter community is looking forward to your application.
