The role requires deep expertise in modern data engineering, including cloud data platforms, batch and streaming architectures, data quality, governance, interoperability, and secure handling of healthcare data. Experience leading enterprise web and SaaS application engineering\u2014including microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native delivery\u2014is also required but serves as a secondary capability that enables end-to-end VBC solutions.
