Hiring: MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator (10-15 Years Experience)We are looking for an experienced MW Messaging Engineer / Exchange Administrator with 10-15 years of experience supporting enterprise messaging environments and Microsoft 365 solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security. Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer-enablement activities. Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness. Troubleshoot complex messaging and identity-related issues through telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis. Create remediation plans based on technical findings and business impact. Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption activities, and service lifecycle management. Mandatory Qualifications✅ 10-15 years of experience in messaging, Microsoft infrastructure, or related technologies. ✅ Advanced English communication skills. ✅ Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles. ✅ Proven ability to facilitate workshops, technical training, and knowledge-transfer sessions. ✅ Hands-on expertise in: Exchange Online Mail Flow SMTP DNS Identity Access Management (IAM) PowerShell Security Administration Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis ✅ Experience working with Microsoft administration tools. ✅ Strong documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications⭐ Knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Azure Networking Governance Automation ⭐ Experience collaborating with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams. ⭐ Customer success and continuous-learning mindset.
